.......................... ittse Cosmetics ..........................

Hello everyone! How is your day going? Today I am super excited to introduce you guys to the ittse cosmetics brand. I like their products so much that I decided to create this blog post with a full review a bout them. I hope you enjoy it!

ittse is whole new approach to color cosmetics, created with the most important makeup artist in mind YOU. What is so different? It is a completely costumizable fun way to get the makeup you love, and then organize it in perfect palettes for at home or on the go. Even better, Ittse combines high quality formulas and velvety rich color payoff with affordable prices that mean you don't have to pick just one. With a range of eye shadows, complexion and brow powders and new lip cremes color in a variety of finishes, ittse makes sure the possibilities are endless.

I have this magnetic palette in the color Anemone which is a beautiful coral shade, perfect for spring. Just looking at this color
I feel happy! I truly appreciate how each palette is hand made and finished with a luxe, easy to clean vegan leather fabric that comes in 6 different colors. It feels very expensive and luxurious. This palette has one magnetic compartment that holds up to 12 eyeshadows, a big mirror, and a dust shield. The palette is very compact, perfect for traveling or being on the go. I just wish they have bigger size palettes because I would totally buy them!

Since all the magnetized pans are packaged in a reusable, clear plastic clamshell, they make it easier to customize my palette based on my mood. I just pop out the shade I want to remove from my palette, store it in the plastic clamshell, and add in another shade of my preference. All Their products come in 3 different finishes of pearl, sparkle, and matte. They carry a high quality consistency through all of their products. The texture of the ones I have are just incredibly soft. They almost blend by their selfs and the pigmentation is out of this world. I am super impressed with the performance of the matte shades with almost no fall out or patchiness which is pretty rare for matte products. They offer over 100 different shades to choose from. Each pan has the shade name written on the back. The packaging is so cute, classy, and feminine. You can see how much they care about every detail.

Aren't these shades beautiful?

The brow powder is a perfect shade for medium to more deeper complexions. The bronzer is more of a cool toned shade that will work best for light to medium complexions. The finish is more like a matte satin that gives my skin that sun kissed finish and the blush is a beautiful light warm pink that will give you more of a natural flushed look.

The lid Primer is infused with white sapphire for intensity color payoff  and the HD Flawless finish Translucent Setting Powder is infused with hyaluronic that has antiaging properties and antioxidants. I can see how my pores look smaller when I set my foundation with this powder and it also helps me control my natural oils.

These lip cremes are for me more like pressed lipstick for their vivid and high pigmentation. They come in two different finishes. High impact (these are the ones I have) which means very intense rich color pay off and low impact that is more of a sheer formula.

I created this Spring Glam look using all the products I reviewed above and also so you can see the products and different shades in action. I first applied the eyelid primer and set it with a little bit of the HD translucent powder. In the outer corner for my eyes I used the eyeshadow in the shade Hyphy (matte) and all over my eyelid I used Palisades (sparkle). I used the same shades on my lower lash line for a dramatic effect. On my face I am using their bronzer, blush, and to set my foundation I used the HD Translucent powder. To define my eye brows I used the brow powder.

......... Wet n Wild PhotoFocus Foundation .........

Last week I was at my local CVS when I came across this new foundation from Wet n Wild, the name photofocus caught my attention after reading the claims and for only a $6.95 price. I decided to give it a try.

Your skin, only better. Our new high performing, skin perfecting foundation underwent major road testing under seven different photo lighting conditions to deliver flawless camera ready makeup every time. Specially made with a matte, light diffusing complex to give your skin #nofilter perfectcion.

Looking at the different shades they had in the store I decided that the closest match for my skin tone was the shade Golden beige which is a medium shade with warm undertones. It has a liquid consistency with a straight medium coverage. It has a matte finish at first but as the day pasts by and my natural oils come to the surface ( I will say about 5 hours after application), it gets more like a dewy finish. The application I tried to apply it with was a foundation brush and a beauty sponge. I found out that if you want to get the medium coverage it is better to apply it with a kabuki brush but if you want to get more of a light coverage it is better to use the beauty blender. This is because it takes some of the coverage away.  The claims about being a perfect foundation to take pictures with I totally agree with. It looks beautiful in pictures and does not have a flash back. Also it looks very natural in person. I have to set this foundation with powder after application because it doesn't dry out completely and it has a slight tacky sensation. Therefore if you don't set it, it will transfer. It does not emphasize my pores or fine lines and does not oxidize on me. It still looks good after 10 hours of wearing it. It comes in a glass jar with a twist top and a spatula applicator. I wish it came with a pump because it is more handy, hygienic, and also the product will not be exposed directly to the air everytime you open the bottle which can affect the expiration date and texture of the product. If you are sensitive to fragances this foundation has a paint smell to it but it fades after a couple of minutes so it wasn't a big deal for me. They have 20 different shades. Overall I was very happy and surprised with the great performance of this foundation. It is worth to give it a try more for its great price and performance.

........ L'oreal Paris Makeup Recent Favorites .......

Hi lovely's I hope you guys are having an amazing day! I had the great opportunity to try some Loreal Paris Makeup products and on this post I am including the ones that worked for me and I keep reaching out for.

First,  I have combination to dry skin type. This is a medium to full coverage foundation and the consistency is just perfect, not too thick and not too runny. It has a demi/matte finish and when I use it I don't need to set it with a powder. This foundation is a dream come true for those with oily to combination skin.  I have worn this foundation as long as 12 hours and after that it is amazing how good it looks and I can see how it really helps to control my natural oils from coming out to the surface. If you have dry patches make sure you moisturize and exfoliate your skin first since it will accentuate dry patches. I found out that it applies better with a beauty sponge. I love how flawless and natural my skin looks. It lasts all day without transferring all over the place or melting off. This foundation comes in a total of 12 shades.

This liquid foundation has a light to medium coverage with a radiant finish and SPF 15. In winter my skin is always so dry so I have being using this foundation alot since it gives my skin that radiant glow that I love. I really like that even though it has a SPF in it, it doesn't give a flashback on pictures. This foundation feels more lightweight and it is also much more thinner in consistency than the matte version. I will say this foundation would work better for those who have normal to dry skin and also for mature skin since it adds that nice youthful look and healthy glow back to
the skin. Both foundations apply flawlessly and evenly and they come in a squeeze plastic tube. This foundation comes in 12 shades as well.

Two weeks ago I decided to mix the 2 foundations together and OMG! I just created the perfect foundation in consistency and staying power. The result is a medium coverage foundation with a natural look but still fights oils. I achieved that beautiful dewy finish without looking greasy and I didn't even need to blot. The best part is that you can get a custom level of dewyness. Have you ever tried to mix them together?

The formula of the eyeshadows in this quad is velvety soft and pigmented. Each palette has a perfect combination of colors that includes everything you need for a full eye look, very little fall out, and they blend beautifully together without effort. The texture reminds me of my high end shadows. They can be worn wet or dry. The colors included in this purple palette are so bright and fun to play with. This palette is so unique in my collection since I don't have anything like it. The package is a well made, hard plastic.  I love how compact it is which makes it travel friendly. Each palette includes on the back a picture description on how to use each color which is great. They have a total of 8 quads to choose from.

I have them in the shades 300 Blushing Ambition and 304 Rebel Rose. The pigmentation of these glosses is just insane, one swipe gives you an even full color pay off on your lips. The pigmentation looks more like a liquid lipstick than a gloss which is amazing and what I love the most about them is that they have a very comfortable smooth/light weight almost like a moussey texture. They have a light berry scent. They dry out to a semi matte finish about 2 minutes after application. They are not transfer proof so you have to reapply them throughout the day. They leave behind a subtle stain, the wear time for me is about 4 hours depending on how often and what type of food I eat or drink. They come in a clear slim package that shows you the true color of the lip gloss you are getting inside. They have a tear drop applicator that makes the application super easy and precise, it allows you to outline your lips perfectly. They have a total of 10 shades from nudes to bright tones.

I used a combination of the Infallible Pro Matte Foundation in 104 and the Infallible Pro Glow Foundation in the shade 203. I am also wearing the Infallible Pro Matte Gloss in the shade 304 Rebel Rose.

. Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water .

I needed a new micellar water since I ran out of the one I normally use that is from Bioderma. While I was at target I came across the new ones from Garnier so I decided to buy them. I was curious to see how well they would perform, especially because I always wear waterproof mascara and eye liner. Below are my thoughts.

What is a Micellar Water?

Micellar water is made up of miceller (tiny balls of cleansing oil/glycerine molecules) suspended in soft water. The idea is that the micelles are attracted to dirt and oil so they are able to draw out impurities without drying out the skin and you don't need to rinse it off. Micellar water is used to remove makeup and it is a facial wash. Micellar water also provides moisture to the skin due to the glycerine and moisturizing ingredients that are in it.

My Thoughts about them

At first I really didn't have much expectation about them but I was wrong. They are amazing! The differences between them is that the one with the blue cap removes even waterproof mascara and the one with the pink cap is most recommended if you have sensitive skin. My favorite one is the one with the blue cap because it removes every speck of makeup, even the most stubborn waterproof mascara, eye liner, and matte lipsticks gently and quickly without scrubbing. This means no irritation. In those days when my skin is super dry I like to use it to clean my skin prior to applying my makeup and my skin feels so clean, fresh, and with that extra moisture. The best part is there isn't any breaking out or oily sensation. Each bottle contains 13.5 fl oz and I paid $6.99 for each one which is a great price for an amazing quality product. I will repurchase and I am totally recommending them.

These Garnier Micellar Waters are formulated without Oil, Alcohol, or Fragance.

.................... Jay Manuel Beauty Haul ................

I was watching HSN and Jay Manuel Beauty caught my attention after seeing how their products perform on some of their models. I decided to buy them and put them to the test. Below is a full description and my thoughts about them.

Their Product Description

Luxurious  quartet of eyeshadows expertly coordinated to create looks as unique as the women who wear them. Intensely pigmented color in perfect finishes create distinctive looks.

My Thoughts

When I saw the combination of colors included in this palette I can see myself creating day and night time looks with it. This eyeshadow quad has 2 shimmers, 1 satin and 1 matte shades. All of the colors work great together. The colors are very pigmented. Each eyeshadow has a silky, smooth formula and they blend super easy with very little fall out. The package is very sturdy and well made and it feels expensive. I like that it is travel friendly and includes a good size mirror to use on the go. Overall, I am very happy with my choice. On the HSN site they have 3 different quads but if you go directly to the Jay Manuel site, they have 11 different options. Each quad contains .05 oz and costs $24.

Swatches left to right
1) Purple shimmery with a dark charcoal base. 2) Cream gold shimmery. 3) Matte dark coppery/brown. 4) Satin dark navy blue.

Eye Look I created using this palette

I used the 3 darkest shades on the outer corner of my eyes for intensity and the lightest shade on the lid, inner corner on the eyes, and on the brow bone for brightening out the look. On the lower lash line I use brown shade.

Their Products Description

This foundation is that it is a multi-functional silicone based liquid makeup enriched with micronized silk and plant based antioxidants. Like a second skin filtered veil, it creates an optical illusion of perfection. Hydrates, primes and evens skin tone and texture in one step, while camouflaging imperfections for flawless finish. Medium full buildable coverage. Does not settle into fine lines and pores.

My thoughts

This is a thick medium coverage foundation that dries to a matte powder finish. The consistency is very creamy and glides on easily. I have combination skin, T zone oily and some dry areas around my mouth and cheek area. This foundation settled into my fine lines, pores, dry patches, and overly dried skin.  It also doesn't provide a natural finish, it looks cakey on me. I really wanted to make it work so I used it with and without primer. I also used it with and without face powder but it just didn't work for me. When I used the primer it looked a little bit better but there wasn't much difference. I will say this foundation may work for people with oily skin because I noticed that in my T zone area it ended looking better than on the rest of my face. I do like the package since it is very unique. It is hard plastic but the clear part on the top is like a soft jelly/plastic that you squeeze to get the product out. Wear time I will say is about 6 to 8 hours. They have 12 different shades from light to deep complexions. Each tube contain 0.89 fl oz and costs $38.00.
